Tyson is a senior-level change management professional with leadership experience across Defence and the defence industry. Tyson is known for effectively partnering with senior stakeholders, project teams and external parties on strategic change projects to drive business outcomes. Tyson leads Logi-Tech, Enginium, and Para Bellum Solutions.
Ben Kirk, Sales Manager
Logi-Tech
Ben is a results-oriented and purpose-driven leader who has a track record of excellence in customer service, support, and client success management.
Combined with his experience in sales and consulting, Ben serves as an Army Reserve Signals officer, which has given him an excellent grounding in Cybersecurity. He's also a Combat Sports Practitioner and an Entrepreneur providing coaching services to corporate clients.
Peter Moore, Sales & Technical Director
Logi-Tech
In 1986, Peter founded Logi-Tech ICT services with associated Hardware and Software, delivering a full suite of products and services to Defence, State and Federal Government, and Global Partners. Peter was a Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Radio Technician. On departure from the RAAF, Peter worked as an Engineer for Warburton Franki and Raytheon, prior to gaining a role as an Engineering Manager at C&PA (Formerly Anderson Digital). Peter leads our Sales Team, continuing Logi-Tech's excellent end-to-end sales and customer support.
Jake Kearsley, Chairman and Owner
Logi-Tech, Para Bellum Solutions, and Enginium (Para Bellum Group)
Jake established Para Bellum Solutions in 2017 after many years working at global strategy and management consulting firms and serving for more than 32 years in the Australian Defence Force as a full-time and subsequently part-time member. He has extensive experience across several sectors, with deep industry and government networks developed over decades of work in ICT, Defence and Space. Jake acquired Logi-Tech in November 2024 and Enginium in October 2025. He now leads the Group as Chairman, driving innovation in consulting, engineering, and technology.
