Recommended Clearance Level
We recommend Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) as a minimum.
NV1 is the most commonly requested clearance level across the Australian Government and Defence. It provides access to a wide range of classified environments and roles, making it the strongest baseline investment for individuals and organisations entering or expanding within the Defence sector.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Year one. |
AGSVA Fee + Logi-Tech Admin and Sponsorship = Total fee payable Baseline NV1 NV2 The 12-month sponsorship period commences from the date of the Security Clearance invoice (not the date the clearance is granted) and will be due for assessment/renewal annually on that date. |

Year two and beyond. |
Annual assessment of your clearance status $600.00 (exc GST) per 'Clearance Subject' / per annum Business discounts may apply for groups of 10+ |

Liability. |
You must adhere to your obligations and conditions held under Logi-Tech DISP (Defence Industry Security Program) certification, such as declaring overseas travel and participating in travel briefings. Any enquiries about these obligations can be sent to disp@logitech.com.au You will be advised on your obligations during the onboarding process. SECURITY INCIDENTS: Managing a security 'incident' / breach attracts a $2,500 (exc GST) once per incident / breach. Non-refundable and payable immediately upon notification of a potential security incident / breach. (non-payment will result in Para Bellum or its Partners immediately ceasing its DISP sponsorship to the 'Clearance Subject' (the individual involved)). |

Non – refundable. |
These fees are non-refundable, even if your application is denied by AGSVA after the vetting process, or if you should cancel the process. |

Cancellations. |
In addition to the fees paid, an AGSVA cancellation fee will apply if you choose to delete your clearance with AGSVA altogether (Baseline $442, NV1 $678, NV2 $1243) + $50 processing fee if the candidate chooses to delete their application or cancel their clearance. See terms for reimbursement. |
