An Australian Security Clearance is more than an administrative requirement — it is a gateway. Logi-Tech is a Defence Industry Security Program (DISP Level 3) certified provider of Security Clearances, guiding Australian citizens through every step of the Australian Government Security Clearance process.
Which Security Clearance level is recommended?
We encourage you to consider obtaining a Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) Security Clearance as a minimum. It is the most commonly requested clearance level by the Australian Government and Defence. This is the best investment in your future within the Defence and national security space.
The best time to start is now
The Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) currently advises an average processing timeframe of approximately 70 business days for NV1 clearances. Beginning early ensures you are ready when the right opportunity arises — rather than watching it pass by while clearance is pending.

Do I have to be an employee or on sub-contract with Logi-Tech to use this service?
No. Logi-Tech is a certified provider of Security Clearance as a Service, supporting any Australian citizen seeking an Australian Government Security Clearance. We will continue to sponsor your clearance under a sponsorship agreement with you. You can choose to cease the sponsorship arrangement at any time. This could be by ceasing our sponsorship, or transferring sponsorship to your chosen employer's Security Officer. Any outstanding fees will be calculated at the time.

While AGSVA fees are non-refundable, we believe in backing our people.
To support you in taking this step, we will reimburse the full clearance cost once you have completed at least 30 days on contract with any Para Bellum Solutions Group (Logi-Tech, Enginium, or Para Bellum Solutions) client.
This means you can move forward with confidence, knowing we are invested in your success.
What happens next
If you choose to proceed, you will receive an invoice for the AGSVA clearance cost from accounts@logitech.com.au
Upon payment of your invoice and receipt of your Personal Details, we will commence the clearance process immediately.
You will also need to set up your MyGovID to access AGSVA's MyClearance Portal
Sponsorship overview
Logi-Tech's sponsorship begins from the date the invoice is issued and is reviewed annually from that date. Further information is available in the attached Security Clearance Charges and Services document.

Pricing
Year one.
AGSVA Fee + Logi-Tech Admin and Sponsorship = Total fee payable
Baseline
$884 (GST free) + $1,216 (inc GST) = $2,100
NV1
$1,355 (GST free) + $1,940 (inc GST) = $3,295
NV2
$3,416 (GST free) + $2,134 (inc GST) = $5,500
The 12-month sponsorship period commences from the date of the Security Clearance invoice (not the date the clearance is granted) and will be due for assessment/renewal annually on that date.
Year two and beyond.
Annual assessment of your clearance status $600.00 (exc GST) per annum
Liability.
You must adhere to your obligations and conditions held under Logi-Tech DISP (Defence Industry Security Program) certification, such as declaring overseas travel and participating in travel briefings. Any enquiries about these obligations can be sent to disp@logitech.com.au
You will be advised on your obligations during the onboarding process.
SECURITY INCIDENTS: If we manage a security 'incident' / breach on your behalf you will be charged $2,500 (exc GST) once per incident / breach. Non-refundable and payable immediately upon notification of a potential security incident / breach. (non-payment will result in Logi-Tech or its Group Partners immediately ceasing its sponsorship of the 'Clearance Subject' (you)).

These fees are non-refundable, even if your application is denied by AGSVA after the vetting process, or if you should cancel the process. See our process for eligible reimbursements!
Terms for reimbursement.
Para Bellum Group will reimburse you for the cost of this Security Clearance after you have spent at least 30 days under contract with a Para Bellum Group (Logi-Tech, Enginium, or Para Bellum Solutions) client.
Cancellations.
In addition to the fees paid, an AGSVA cancellation fee will apply if you choose to delete your clearance with AGSVA altogether (Baseline $442, NV1 $678, NV2 $1243) + $50 processing fee if the candidate chooses to delete their application or cancel their clearance. See terms for reimbursement.
